Reed Education/The Lancashire Teaching Agency are working with a fantastic primary school in Accrington.
This position offers an excellent opportunity for experienced Teachers to contribute to the school's already vibrant learning environment.
The post is a full-time temporary position expected to run from September 2024 and is expected to run for at least 1 term.
Day to Day of the role:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons that adhere to the KS2 curriculum.
- Cultivate a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
- Assess student progress and provide individualised support.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to improve teaching practices.
- Maintain effective communication with parents and guardians to support student development.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- A commitment to creating an inspiring and supportive educational atmosphere.
- Excellent organisational and classroom management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
