Role Title: Campaign Development Lead

Location: Home Based (On-site 1 - 2 days per month in the Windsor/ London region)

Duration: 12 Months

Pay Rate: Circa* £450 per day via Umbrella OR PAYE option also available.

We're proud to be supporting their recruitment for a Campaign Development Lead to join their incredible team on an exciting 12 Month engagement!

Key Responsibilities:

This role will support the ongoing development and up-skilling of 8 developers and be responsible for the planning & efficient delivery of all Customer Engagement activity.

  • All campaigns are delivered compliantly meeting OFCOM & GDPR regulations.
  • Support & shape the development of the Customer Engagement roadmap to deliver an omnichannel customer experiences which supports our commercial objectives.
  • Accurately translate technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders for clear decision making.
  • Use data insights to understand customer behaviour, increase reach & improve performance.
  • Shaping their Martech stack to ensure it meets business objectives & keeps us ahead of our competitors.
  • Identify & unblock obstacles to achieving commercial targets through Customer Engagement activity.
  • Monitor campaign performance and devise tactical adjustments to optimise delivery of agreed contact strategy, prioritisation, targets and increase value.

Requirements:

  • Degree level or equivalent & Qualification in digital and direct marketing
  • An extensive working knowledge of CRM platforms i.e. Unica, Sales Force, Adobe, Braze etc
  • Data-driven decision-making, able to create a culture of test and learn and marketing effectiveness
  • Experience in working with the complexities of a regulated environment
  • Proven track record of developing and leading high-performing teams
  • Ability to deliver & oversee projects to support commercial objectives
