Are you ready to join a dynamic team and make a difference? Our client, a leading organisation in Sandwich, is seeking General Operatives to join their dedicated team.
With a pay rate of £11.44 per hour and the opportunity for a temporary to permanent position, this is a not-to-be-missed opportunity! Hours are Monday to Friday 6am-4pm.

As a General Operative, your main responsibilities will include:
- Building timber frame sides in a manual intensive role.
- Utilising handheld tools like nail guns and riveters.
- Following instructions and manuals to ensure the correct assembly of the timber frame.
- Being prepared for heavy lifting when necessary.
To be successful in this role, you should:
- Prioritise safety, following all risk assessments and processes.
- Have good communication skills, working collaboratively with your team.
- Approach your work with a positive attitude and a flexible mindset.
- Demonstrate the ability to follow instructions effectively.
