What you'll do as Regional Sales Manager?
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve and exceed targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the region. These will take time and need resilience, determination and perseverance.
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and repeat business.
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.

What we're looking for in a Regional Sales Manager?
- Proven experience in a field sales role, ideally with exposure to a long sales cycle.
- A background selling solutions rather than "widgets" would be a definite benefit.
- Knowledge of the timber / construction sector an advantage.
