We have partnered with an international organisation who are seeking a proactive HR Manager to support team leaders with a comprehensive range of HR activities. This role is pivotal in developing a high-performing organisation with an employee-oriented culture that emphasises empowerment.

As HR Manager you will ensure the effective implementation of HR policies, principles, and standardised processes in line with company guidelines and legal requirements, while providing practical advice and support in all HR matters.

Day to Day of the role:

  • Collaborate with team leaders to foster a high-performing organisation with an open and collaborative culture.
  • Implement and ensure understanding of HR policies and processes in accordance with company guidelines and legal requirements.
  • Provide practical advice on complex organisational, people, and management issues, and coach team leaders to anticipate and address these proactively.
  • Support recruitment efforts to attract top talent and ensure effective onboarding.
  • Assist with progression and succession planning, performance management, and talent development discussions.
  • Facilitate and monitor the implementation of L&D programmes to support employee development.
  • Advise on remuneration policies to ensure fair and policy-compliant compensation.
  • Monitor and support diversity, equity, and inclusion activities within the business.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in HR management
  • Strong understanding of HR policies, principles, and legal requirements.
  • Ability to provide practical advice on a range of HR matters.
  • Experience with recruitment, talent development, and succession planning.
  • Knowledge of L&D strategies and competency-based frameworks.
  • Familiarity with remuneration principles and compensation policies.
  • Commitment to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace.
