We are currently partnering with a reputable Social Housing Association based in Manchester, who are recruiting for a Site/Project Manager to join their growing team on a minimum six month contract.
This is a full-time position with a negotiable daily rate and the start date is subject to notice. The patch for work will be across Manchester, but will predominantly be based in Stockport.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
- Managing site teams, work activities and resources to meet the requirements of individual contracts
- Identifying site hazards and ensuring risk assessments and control methods are implemented
- Creating, managing and reporting on projects with multiple, live site locations
- Managing the selection and formation of site personnel teams including sub-contractors
- Utilising knowledge around CDM and Health and Safety across site operations
Requirements:
- Experience in CDM
- Health and Safety knowledge/experience
