We're delighted to be partnering with them to recruit an exciting career opportunity for the position of Trade Marketing Manager. We're seeking an enthusiastic and strategic Trade Marketing Manager to spearhead efforts in the UK, Europe, Middle East, and Asia markets. You will be responsible for defining and executing the marketing strategy to achieve brand objectives related to image, sell-out and profitability across international retailer accounts.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Communicate the annual marketing calendar to retailer partners, maximizing brand opportunities for launches, sets, GWPs, sampling, PR, media, and education.
- Coordinate and oversee the launch calendar for retailer partners.
- Develop and execute the marketing plan, balancing brand building and sales initiatives such as: promo plans, GWP programs, temporary activations, retailer events, perm in-store plans, fixture updates, manage merch guidelines and asset delivery etc.
- Enhance visibility on retailer e-commerce platforms, CRM, & social media.
- Define forecasting for samples and GWP's in collaboration with Sales & Demand Planning teams.
- Propose improvements in POS materials and stands for cost-effectiveness.
EXPERIENCE:
- Degree in Marketing or related field.
- Background in the beauty industry, ideally haircare preferred.
- Ideally experience of working in a founder-led or entrepreneurial beauty brand.
- Proven experience in Trade Marketing.
- Excellent communication with stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Strong analytical ability.
This role is a 12-month FTC. Hybrid working, with 3 days a week in a central London based Head Office.
