We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Depot Foreman to work for a large national company that supply generators. They work with a range of industries from construction through to festivals and schools. Basically anyone needing temporary power needs.
The main parts of the role include:

Job Title – Depot Foreman
Location – Wakefield
Salary Package – £38k + overtime
- Oversee all engineering & depot yard staff.
- Ensure all equipment is prepared to company standards.
- Liaise with customers when required to resolve any breakdowns or ascertain faults.
- Manage engineers' workload daily.
- Maintain accurate records of stock levels and resources.
- Completing audits in line with company policy.
- Driving a health and safety compliance culture in line with company policy and processes.
- Conduct regular reviews to monitor team performance.
- This is a hands on role, you must be prepared to support the team when required.
REQUIREMENTS
- Foreman experience, ideally in the equipment hire industry.
- Strong people management skills and experience.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Forklift licence (desirable).
- Generator experience would be desirable but not essential.
