This role is for an Office Administrator in the Professional Services industry, based in Manchester. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the running and condition of the office.

Description

  • Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
  • Supervising administrative staff and dividing responsibilities to ensure performance.
  • managing the upkeep of the workplace, ensuring kitchen and social spaces are tidy and well stocked
  • Supporting budgeting and bookkeeping procedures.
  • Facilitate DSE and risk assessments
  • Tracking stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
  • Assisting colleagues whenever necessary.

Profile

A successful Office Administrator should have:

  • Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Excellent organisational and leadership skills.
  • Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software.
