Junior Conveyance Fee Earner

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Junior Conveyance Fee Earner. In this role, you will provide crucial support to our auction sales team and assist in ensuring the smooth operation of the department. This position is ideal for someone with a passion for property law and a dedication to providing excellent client service.
Responsibilities:
Managing Correspondence:
Handle both email and paper correspondence efficiently.
Take calls from external stakeholders and make calls to clients to take instructions.
Liaising with Stakeholders:
Communicate effectively with lenders and third parties.
Assist with volume auction sale matters.
File Management:
Support proactive file management processes.
Manage legal matters and communicate with clients and third parties.
Document Management:
Order redemption statements.
Review and request information from clients.
Draft transfers, contracts, and replies to requisitions.
Draft ancillary documents such as statutory declarations.
Land Registry and Title Documents:
Fill in and request land registry forms.
Obtain and review title documents.
Completion Statements and Financial Apportionment:
Draft statements for completion.
Apportion rent, ground rent, and service charges.
Qualifications:
At least one year of experience in conveyancing or a related field.
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
Recognised accreditation in property law or conveyancing (e.g., CLC, CILEx) preferred.
Proficiency in using legal management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Additional Information:
You will be office-based for the first 6 months of employment to ensure comprehensive training and integration into our team. After this period, we offer flexible hybrid working options to support a work-life balance.
