Elevation Accountancy and Finance are looking for a Management Accountant to join one of our fantastic clients in the Beverley area on a full time, permanent basis.
Due to expansion an exciting opportunity has arisen to appoint a Management Accountant who will be working closely alongside the Financial Manager.

Experience:
- At least 3 years' experience within a fast-paced finance function
- Studying towards a qualified accountancy qualification (CIMA, ACA or ACCA)
- Strong communication skills at all seniority levels
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver to tight deadlines
- Confident using IT software, especially Excel
- Strong interpersonal and organisational skills
Duties of the Management Accountant:
- Assisting in the preparation of Monthly Management Accounts
- Ability to prepare draft Management Accounts
- Reconciling and maintaining Fixed Asset Register
- Providing accurate reports to Group
- Posting and preparation of Payroll, Accruals and Prepayments
- Analysis of Budget v Actual
- Support in the preparation of VAT returns
- Analysis of KPI's and Variances
- Reconciling Control Accounts
