We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Product Manager – Mobile to join our client, focusing on mobile services across the Channel Islands and Isle of Man.
This role presents a unique opportunity to manage the full product lifecycle, ensuring world-class customer experiences and driving market share growth in both consumer and SME markets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the development and management of mobile products, including Consumer and Business Mobile Plans, and Roaming.
- Drive product strategies and solutions in support of 5-year and Annual Operating Plans (AOP).
- Maximize the digital potential of products to enhance customer journeys while reducing support effort and costs.
- Conduct in-depth reviews of the mobile product portfolio to align with business objectives.
- Lead industry, competitor, and customer research to support product development and customer experience improvements.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience managing products within the Consumer or SME market.
- Strong understanding of IT & Telecommunications technologies and marketplace dynamics.
- Experience in developing and scheduling product, commercial, and financial plans.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present effectively at C-Level.
