We are looking for an experienced Aftersales Manager for a successful and reputable franchised dealership based in Cambridge. This is a big aftersales role and requires a candidate with the requisite character and experience to take it on. You will be managing a knowledgeable and skilled team (productive and non-productive) to deliver and maintain the extraordinarily high standard of customer care associated with this reputable brand. The successful candidate must have previous experience in an Aftersales/Service Manager role in a franchised dealership and be capable of handling the responsibility and workload that this entails.
Commensurate with the size of the job, is an outstanding salary package, including an OTE of £70000, company car and plenty of other benefits.
