Data Validation Executive

In this role, you'll play a crucial part in the clients operations by extracting data from internal systems and providing insightful recommendations for site visits and audits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and Validate: Conduct thorough research to validate and recommend customers for site visits and audits, ensuring the highest standards of accuracy.
  • Investigate and Update: Perform detailed investigations on customer accounts, updating our systems with critical flags and notes for future reference.
  • Data Extraction and Analysis: Extract data from multiple internal systems, organise it in spreadsheets, and analyse it to provide actionable recommendations.

The Candidate:

  • Analytical Expertise: Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excel Experience: Confidence in using Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Customer Service: Exceptional customer service skills to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Organisational Skills: Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
