The Role:
Timeplan Education are seeking a passionate and skilled Maths Teacher to join their team on a full-time basis, starting in September 2024. This role is a long-term supply position with the opportunity to transition into a permanent role. You will be responsible for delivering engaging and adaptive Maths lessons to Key Stage 4 pupils, ensuring that each student's unique needs are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver high-quality Maths lessons tailored to the individual learning needs of KS4 students with SEN.
- Utilise a range of teaching strategies to engage and inspire students, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Develop and implement individualised learning plans that promote student progress and achievement.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external professionals to support the overall development and well-being of students.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher status with experience in Special Educational Needs.
- Experience teaching Maths at the secondary level, particularly KS4.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and staff.
