Recruitment Coordinator

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Recruitment Coordinator to join a leading recruitment team who specialise in the homecare industry. Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to ensure the smooth and efficient recruitment process of the Office and Care Staff.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and coordinating assessments.
- Work closely with various teams to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to create engaging job advertisements and promote the company as an employer of choice.
- Assist with onboarding activities for new recruits.
- Manage the Tier 2 Sponsorship Scheme, including applying for visas, recruiting from abroad and overseeing the Sponsorship Management Portal.
- Serve as the main point of contact for candidates, ensuring a positive recruitment experience.
- Contribute to the streamlining of services and fostering a positive, supportive workplace culture.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Prior experience in recruitment, preferably in the healthcare or home care sector.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools such as Workable, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
- Ability to evaluate resumes and conduct interviews effectively.
- Experience or knowledge of Tier 2 Sponsorships is desirable.
- Knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment laws.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Flexible and adaptable in a changing work environment.
