Are you an experienced accounts assistant with strong purchase ledger experience? Are you looking to join a growing business, where hard work is rewarded, excellent benefits provided, whilst working within a small, friendly team.
My client, a successful, growing business, based near Leatherhead, is looking to an experienced Accounts Assistant in to support their growing business. You will be responsible for the Purchase Ledger, end to end.
Day to Day duties will include:
- Processing all supplier invoices
- Reconciling supplier statements
- Preparing payment runs
- Expenses
- Invoice query resolution; liaising internal and external
The Ideal Candidate is someone with:
- Prior experience within Purchase Ledger, either within a mixed Accounts Assistant role or as working as a sole or within a team or Purchase Ledger Clerk
- A great team player
- Reliable
- Excellent communicator
- Friendly and personable
