Due to continued growth, we are recruiting for a Parts Operations Supply Analyst to join us on a permanent basis. You'll be overseeing and managing the fulfilment of supply orders for spare parts and components.
This is an analytical role where you'll be reviewing back orders and assessing how many customers' requirements within your remit are not currently being met. Where orders aren't being met you will liaise between the suppliers and procurement team to ensure we fulfil them as soon as possible. You'll be managing the purchase work orders and have a good understanding of which orders are on track to be fulfilled and which require chasing to ensure they are fulfilled in time. You'll be working with the customers ensuring they are always kept updated and advising them of any delays/issues we may be experiencing.
This role is part of a small team of 6, where you'll report directly to the Parts Operations Lead Supply Analyst. As part of the role, you'll also be working closely with suppliers, warehouse team, procurement, dealer support team, production colleagues, and wider Aston Martin team.
Ideally, you'll be A-level educated or have sufficient experience gained within a similar fast-paced role within either an automotive or the ultra-luxury sector.
We are looking for a confident, driven, organised, self-motivated person with a can-do approach. You'll have exceptional communicating skills and have the confidence to challenge and persuade where required. You'll have excellent time management and organisational skills as you'll be working to multiple ever-changing priorities/deadlines using your own judgement and pre-empting any issues before they may arise.
You'll be highly proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. You'll be able to analyse data using VLOOKUPS and pivot tables.
The work pattern for this role is 08:00 - 16:30 (Mon – Thurs) 08:00 – 15:30 (Fri)
There is flexibility on start and finish times for the right candidate. Hybrid working is a possibility and can be discussed at interview stage.
