Hours: 35 hours per week
Days of work: Monday - Friday 9 - 5pm
Contract duration: Temporary, 9 months (maternity cover)
Salary: £24k pro rata

About the role:

Following significant growth in our Spanish division, we are looking for a Spanish-speaking Appeals Executive to join our team for a fixed-term contract of 9 months, with a possibility of extension/ becoming permanent in the long term. Based from our new offices in Hampstead, the Appeals Executive will be responsible for primarily monitoring and responding to all customer appeals arriving from our Spanish sites and others from initial contact through to resolution, ensuring full compliance with industry standards at all stages.

Key activities:

  • Processing written and email appeals from customers in Spain and the UK
  • Deciding on validity of appeal and whether to reject or uphold
  • Ensuring BPA and DVLA compliance requirements are applied to all processes
  • Providing full written correspondence in Spanish and English
  • Personal management:
  • Being focused on achieving your business targets
  • Communicating effectively with both external and internal customers in both English and Spanish
  • Ensuring that company, client and customer confidentiality is maintained at all times

Skills, knowledge and experience:

  • Excellent verbal and written skills in English and Spanish
  • Positive customer-focused approach
  • Dealing with confidential issues with sensitivity
  • Ability to quickly learn and use multiple software systems
  • A basic working knowledge of Google Workspace or Microsoft Office applications
  • An awareness of Data Protection regulations
