UK Vape Inn Ltd operates as a franchise and trades as Ecigwizard Cambridge. Located on Mill Road in Cambridge and established in 2015, we have quickly grown and established a reputation for providing high quality products, whether it be an Electronic Cigarette, replacement coils or e-liquid, including CBD. This combined with our exceptionally high levels of customer service and our relaxed yet welcoming instore atmosphere makes us the preferred choice for many customers.

We pride ourselves on excellent customer service which is very important to the ethos of the business. We treat our customers the way we like to be treated ourselves. All staff are passionate about Vaping and Customer Service and all customers are asked to give feedback on their shopping experiences with us instore by writing a review and sharing with others on Google.

We are now looking for a Full-Time - Assistant Store Manager to join the Ecigwizard Cambridge Team. We are open 7 days a week, so flexibility is important.

The ideal Candidate will have:

  • A true passion & understanding for vape
  • A sound knowledge & understanding of vape devices, coils & e-liquids
  • A competent understanding of CBD and it's numerous benefits
  • A clean, smart appearance at all times
  • A patient personality
  • A good phone manner
  • Excellent listening skills
  • Excellent front of house people skills
  • Confidence around customers
  • The ability to work under pressure and use initiative
  • The ability to plan ahead, be creative and well organised
  • The ability to work as part of a team or on your own, unsupervised

Main Responsibilities:

  • Opening & Closing Store (When necessary)
  • Cashing up Till (When necessary)
  • As a key holder you will be responsible for setting the alarm and ensuring that the premises are securely locked
  • Ensuring stock is displayed to a high standard
  • Receiving, counting, displaying and storing replenished stock
  • Advising customers on the most appropriate product for them
  • Dealing professionally and effectively with any customer complaints
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Assist store managers on monitoring stock levels and ensuring stock levels are adjusted regularly to reflect sales
  • Report to store manager on store performance, ideas on how to improve sales and achieve targets
