Wilson & Wilson Developments Limited [WWD] has been operating for the past 7 years and growing each year. The founder has more than 30 years building experience and together with the team are experts in renovating and refurbishing period properties, particularly in Edinburgh New Town (altho not exclusively). Due to high demand for services, we are looking to augment our team with a freelance quantity surveyor.
The ideal candidate works on a freelance basis [may suit semi-retiree] and be experienced in:
- producing proposals and quotations to renovate and refurbish period properties
- the guidance and standards that supports such development, and
- working with creative design that WWD are known for
The candidate must be able to visit our job sites in and around Edinburgh to carry out monthly evaluations and produce invoices. Typically the costings are provided in Excel.
