Market Research Tutor (Part Time/Freelance) - Home based anywhere in the UK

Up to £29,000 p/a pro rata

Are you an experienced Market Researcher and interested in tutoring the future stars in the sector? Or are you an experienced Research trainer or tutor? We would like to hear from you.

Market Research tutors will deliver high level and quality training to our apprentices or someone with a background in Market Research looking to become a tutor can do so. Training will be given to the right candidate if required.

You will be enthusiastic and supportive, have excellent experience and levels of understanding within the field and who is able to manage their time effectively to meet the individual needs of our valued apprentices and employers. We would like you to be creative and open to different ways of doing things. You will be working with apprenticecandidates in a mix of companies including large well-known brands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To provide training, support and guidance to learners working towards their apprenticeship standard either in group or 121 workshops.
  • To provide support and guidance for learners working towards their Functional Skills, Maths and English, in tandem with a designated Functional Skills tutor
  • Be able to upload records of meetings and keep learner progress up to date at all times.
  • Follow and apply audit and funding rules in levels of assessment and recording of meetings.
  • Complete regular reviews with apprentices and employers to discuss progress and set new goals.
  • Understand and proactively promote Prevent, Safeguarding, Equality and Health & Safety
  • Be prepared to work from home and occasionally visit apprentices in their places of work as needed.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Assessor Qualification D32/33, A1 or TAQA
  • Maths, English and ICT GCSE, A Level or Functional Skills at Level 2

Essential Requirements:

  • If you are not a tutor, you will need a background in Market Research (2 years' experience minimum) and want to teach
  • Full training will be given to the right candidate

Remuneration:

  • Part Time/Freelance work option at competitive rates of pay dependant on experience and qualifications
  • We are initially looking for around 3 days per week
  • Pro rata starting from £29,000
  • Freelance rates are available
  • Mileage at 35 pence per mile after the first 40 miles
