A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join my client, an independent Estate Agent, as a Property Manager in their branch in the Norwich area.
The successful individual will be polite and energetic with fantastic communication skills and a positive 'can do' attitude. You must have a full UK driving licence and previous experience in a customer service environment.
My client is offering the successful Property Manager:
- Up to £25,000 basic dependent on experience
- £23,000 - £28,000 OTE
- Ongoing training & support
- Career progression
To be considered for the role of Property Manager you must have:
- Minimum of 6 months experience required
- Full UK driving licence
- Ambitious and highly driven
- Strong IT skills
- A team player
- Good communication skills; both written and verbal
- Local area knowledge would be an advantage but not essential
Key tasks for the Property Manager will include, but will not be limited to:
- Property Management
- Liaising with contractors, Landlords and Tenants
- Check-in and Check-outs
- Rent Reviews
- Dealing with deposits
