The Role: Communications Executive, PIB Employee Benefits

We have an exciting opportunity within our Employee Benefits team for a creative individual to take on a role that encompasses both internal and external communications.

In this role you will help support both our Marketing and Technology teams to deliver their key objectives, while you are being supported by our fantastic Learning & Development team in your training.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and schedule regular employee and employer communications from our technology platform, glo
  • Develop proposition content to support partnership promotion across our platform (glo) and internally, such as brochures, technical documents, and templated copy
  • Collaborate with technology and partnership stakeholders to ensure content is accurate, appropriate, and on-brand
  • Draft and coordinate assets for email marketing campaigns around our thought leadership and proposition content
  • Develop a client communications calendar and delivery of appropriate content
  • Own our internal communications activities across email, events, and ad hoc opportunities – at both a PIB EB level and within the wider PIB Group
  • Work with business stakeholders to develop case studies
  • Support with press release creation for new research or proposition development

Essential Experience & Attributes:

  • Be a versatile and focused multitasker with an eye for detail
  • Strong communication skills and financial literacy
  • Highly organised and someone who can juggle multiple deadlines
  • Able to engage and build relationships internally and externally with various partners
  • Able to use own initiative and be proactive.
  • Computer literate; Excel, Word, Outlook. CRM skills advantageous (but training will be provided)
  • You will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where each day is varied.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs
  • Ambitious, driven and shows initiative
  • Positive attitude to learning and immersing in our industry and business

Desirable Experience:

  • Degree or relevant experience
  • Knowledge of Employee Benefits/General Insurance
  • Understanding and awareness of compliance and FCA regulation
