Warehouse Section Leader
Location: Basecamp, Kemble
Salary: £27,000 - £29,000 per annum
Hours: Full Time, 40 hours/week

You'll manage up to 15 operatives, drive operational excellence, and ensure high standards of health and safety while playing a key role in our growing business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a warehouse team, ensuring daily targets are met.
- Implement health and safety protocols and drive a culture of safety.
- Use lean methodologies like 5S to improve operational efficiency.
- Oversee attendance and performance management, providing ongoing coaching.
What We're Looking For:
- Leadership experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Strong people management and communication skills.
- Knowledge of health and safety standards (IOSH) and 5S methodology.
