Financial Inclusion Officer - Join Our Team
We are thrilled to offer a unique opportunity for a Financial Inclusion Officer to join our Communities Team. This role is pivotal in delivering a high-quality Financial Inclusion service across our locations, with a specific focus on Energy offers for our customers.
You will deliver this service, using a hybrid working approach, championing our values and meeting the aims of our corporate plan and Thriving Communities strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and enhance financial inclusion initiatives, with a primary focus on energy-related projects.
- Collaborate with customer support teams to ensure impactful delivery of financial inclusion offers.
- Support operational activities of Financial Inclusion programs across SNG communities.
- Work closely with the Financial and Digital Inclusion Manager to evolve a comprehensive offers for sustained positive customer impact.
- Report and analyse program impacts to evaluate value for money and guide future planning.
What We're Looking For:
- Understanding of financial inclusion challenges and its impact on individuals.
- Proven stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage colleagues and external partners effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in data processing and management, particularly with high-volume datasets.
- Proactive, creative, and innovative problem-solving approach.
- Customer-centric mindset, ensuring customer needs are at the forefront.
- Strong IT skills, particularly in Excel and Outlook.
