THE ROLE
As a Property Management Officer, you will be responsible for managing a designated patch of properties and engaging with residents to ensure smooth operations and satisfaction. Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting property inspections
  • Managing repair requests
  • Setting service charge budgets and producing accounts
  • Income collection
  • Handling complaints
  • Participating in learning and development activities
  • Collaborating with internal colleagues

THE CANDIDATE
We are looking for candidates with previous experience in a similar role. Essential skills include:

  • Resilience and problem-solving ability
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Effective teamwork and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to manage workload and prioritize tasks

Desirable skills include:

  • Previous experience in housing or property management
  • Understanding of leasehold legislation
  • Experience in handling customer complaints
  • IRPM qualification (Associate or Member)

THE CONTRACT
37 Hours Per Week, 9-5 Monday to Friday
12 Weeks, temp to perm
