For this role, you will need to have previous administration experience from within a professional services environment. Furthermore, you'll need strong interpersonal and organisational skills.
Duties within this role will be varied and you'll be supporting the team, stakeholders, and clients daily. Tasks will include:
- Maintaining a good relationship with clients.
- Following instructions for validations from clients.
- Updating and opening cases on the system.
- Obtaining translations where required.
- Raising cost quotes.
