The ideal candidate will be a fully skilled CNC Machinist, possessing extensive experience as a programmer, setter, and operator.
DAYS ONLY (+ overtime)
Role Overview:
- Program, set up, and operate Haas 3, 4, and 5-axis CNC mills and Y-axis lathes.
- Conduct dimensional and visual checks using appropriate measuring equipment.
- Perform online and offline programming with Hypermill CAM.
- Carry out deburring and finishing of components.
- Maintain a clean and safe workplace.
Candidate Requirements:
- Preferably a minimum of 5 years' experience.
- Proficient in 5-axis programming using Hyper Mill.
- Thoroughly skilled in operating Haas/Fanuc controlled CNC Mills/Lathes.
- Competent in reading and interpreting technical drawings.
- Responsible for ensuring quality and conformity to drawings/3D CAD models, with a commitment to producing the highest possible quality.
- Experience working with tight tolerances and meeting deadlines.
- Flexible attitude towards working hours, as overtime may be required.
- Ability to work independently.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
