Role Overview:

As a Customer Operations Adviser, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service. You will be the first point of contact for customer enquiries, providing support and resolving issues efficiently. This role requires a proactive and customer-focused individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints, ensuring a high level of satisfaction
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Identify opportunities for improving customer service processes and suggest solutions
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers

Skills and Experience:

  • Previous experience in a customer service or operations role is essential
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
  • A positive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service
