You will be the first point of contact for customer enquiries, providing support and resolving issues efficiently. Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner
- Resolve customer issues and complaints, ensuring a high level of satisfaction
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery

- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers
Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service or operations role is essential
