Responsibilities of a Retail Management and Market analytics Manager
- Generate market insights and conduct analysis to drive Retail Management strategies for sustainable business growth.
- Evaluate sales performance against competitors and perform Competitor Price Index (CPI) analysis to inform pricing strategies.
- Lead SKU optimisation efforts using data-driven insights to enhance inventory efficiency.
- Strategically select stores for new product launches and premium placement to maximise sales potential.
- Monitor weekly RM Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and organise RM Day meetings to align teams on objectives and strategies.
