Hands on Software Development Manager required for my client in Maidenhead, Berkshire (Hybrid working).
The role will have 6 reports across two teams). Full stack side Angular and .Net are the key languages, the client would prefer Angular over .Net (not a deal breaker) as Angular there is more of a gap in the team.

Personal Specification
- 5+ years' experience in software development
- Experience managing other developers and business stakeholders
- Ability to build processes and maintain compliance from team members
