Fire Alarm Service & Commissioning Engineer - Midlands - £38k-£40k
Our client who are one of the largest privately owned Fire Detection and Fire Protection systems companies in the UK have an opportunity for a Fire Alarm Service & Commissioning Engineer to join their business.
Working on behalf of both the Service Department and Fire Detection & Electrical department the main duties of the role will be;
- Servicing & Commissioning of Fire Detection & Gas Suppression systems
- Commissioning & Servicing of Air Sampling Aspiration systems (training can be given where required)
- Carrying out small works, remedial and modification installation work
- Carry out site surveys and assist with project engineering when required
- Use Job Logic IT based job allocation and reporting system
Skills/Experience;
- Fire Alarm Service & Commissioning experience is essential
- Prepared to join the on call rota - 1 in 6
- IT literate
- Experience in Gas Suppression or Air Sampling Systems would be highly advantageous
