Description

  • Assisting in drafting, reviewing and negotiating derivatives and trading contracts.
  • Conducting legal research and providing legal advice on derivatives and trading matters.
  • Coordinating and managing client matters in relation to derivatives and trading.
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Collaborating with other team members to ensure efficient and effective client service.
  • Assisting in the preparation of legal documentation and reports.
  • Participating in client meetings and calls when necessary.
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of the team's processes and practices.

Profile

A successful Derivatives & Trading Paralegal should have:

  • A degree in law or a related field.
  • Minimum 12 months experience within the Financial Services sector.
  • Proven knowledge of derivatives and trading law.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • A proactive attitude and the ability to work well within a team.
  • Excellent research and analytical skills.
