Day to Day of the Role:
- Leading on Residential Conveyancing matters with the opportunity to involve yourself in Commercial and Private Client work if desired.
- Managing a varied caseload of conveyancing transactions from inception to completion.
- Providing legal advice to clients in a clear, concise, and professional manner.
- Drafting, reviewing, and amending the legal documentation involved in property transactions.
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and solicitors to ensure a smooth conveyancing process.
- Conducting legal research and staying up-to-date with changes in property law.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Qualified Solicitor with a current practising certificate.
- Proven experience in Residential Conveyancing is essential.
- Ability to manage a full caseload with minimal supervision.
- Excellent client care and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Commercial and Private Client experience is advantageous but not essential.
- A team player with a positive attitude and the ability to work in a collaborative environment.
