Production Operative - Aylesford
Salary: £12.00 per hour | Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday, 6 am - 3 pm

Our client, a prestigious 5th-generation family-run business, is a leader in producing top-quality livestock nutrition. They are seeking a Production Operative to join their collaborative and hardworking team. **Key Responsibilities
:
- Supervising the intake and quality testing of raw materials
- Preparing materials for production, filling tote bins, and assembling ingredients
- Operating mill control panels for machinery and grain storage
- Maintaining accurate production records
- Ensuring strict adherence to Health & Safety and quality standards
- Forklift truck operation to move raw materials and finished products
- Regular machinery maintenance and production area cleaning schedules
- Contributing to a culture of continuous improvement
**What We're Looking For
:
- Comfortable working on your feet and in a fast-paced environment
- Able to follow procedures, take initiative, and work independently
- Team-oriented, with flexibility and a proactive mindset
- Forklift truck experience (desirable but not essential)
