Description
- Lead, develop and supervise a team of store managers and staff across various locations
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize store performance and profitability
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards at all locations
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and take corrective actions as needed
- Conduct regular store visits to provide guidance, support, and feedback to store teams
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive initiatives and projects
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance for the district
- Drive sales growth through effective merchandising, marketing, and customer service initiatives
Profile
- Proven experience in a leadership role overseeing multiple retail locations
- Strong supervisory skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams effectively
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to analyse data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
- Experience in budget management, financial analysis, and strategic planning
