Our client in Portsmouth are looking to hire a Multi Trade Operative to their team on a Permanent basis. You will be based in the Portsmouth and Worthing areas working on void properties carrying out maintenance and refurbs.

Days: Monday - Friday
Salary: £38,000 + Company Vehicle
Job Role
- To be part of the void property team responsible for the repairs and maintenance on such properties.
- To carry out domestic maintenance duties to a high standard and within reasonable time frames.
- Pre-inspect and diagnose selected repair requirements.
- Working well as part of a team and individually.
Requirements
- NVQ Level 2 or above in a relevant trade such as Joinery/Plastering/Painting and Decorating
- Multi trade ability
- Driving License
