**About the Role
As part of the First Notification of Loss (FNOL) / Pending team, you'll be the initial point of contact for individuals and partners involved in road traffic accidents, including:
- Insurance brokers
- Solicitors
- Accident management companies
- Private individuals
**Key Responsibilities:
- Taking new claim instructions and providing updates to clients
- Selling accident management services in a professional and persuasive way
- Organising delivery of hire vehicles
- Liaising with insurers, garages, and other stakeholders
- Managing case files using the company's case management system
- Assisting other departments when needed
- Supporting the management team with administrative tasks
