Our client is looking for an interim site manager to support on multiple contracts across the North East. The main focus of the role will be Roofing, Bathroom & Kitchen projects, within social housing. The projects will be around repairs, refurbishment and maintenance .

Description
- Lead and manage the property construction team to ensure timely and cost-effective project execution.
- Oversee all aspects of construction projects from planning to implementation.
- Projects include: roofing bathroom and kitchen refurbs and maintenance.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals.
- Ensure all construction activities comply with health and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to determine project specifications and requirements.
- Review project progress and make adjustments as needed.
- Monitor project costs to prevent overruns and ensure profitability.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and suppliers.
Profile
A successful Section Manager should have:
- SMSTS, CSCS and any other relevant qualifications would be ideal
- Experience in managing construction projects,with a focus on social housing
- Experience of Roofing, Kitchen and Bathroom refurbs and maintenance
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a detail-oriented mindset.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
