Reed, the world's largest family-run recruitment business, is looking for a dynamic Facilities & Helpdesk Manager to join our Property Team.

With over 250 properties in our portfolio, ranging from small office spaces to large flagship office buildings across the UK and overseas, this is your chance to make a significant impact in a global company.

Your responsibilities:

  • Leading and developing the property helpdesk team, identifying knowledge gaps, providing training, 1-2-1s, setting objectives, and conducting performance reviews.
  • Supporting the helpdesk team in maintaining the property helpdesk inbox, logging and allocating jobs, raising purchase orders, liaising with site teams, and closing down jobs promptly.
  • Ensuring Project Portfolio Management (PPM) schedules and reactive maintenance jobs are completed in line with service requirements.
  • Acting as an escalation point for complex queries.
  • Developing and managing Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for external contractors and suppliers, monitoring performance, and reporting to senior management.
  • Initiating and leading tender processes for service contract agreements.
  • Focusing on delivering high-quality service to Reed's operational businesses.

About You:

  • Experience managing a successful team.
  • Facilities management experience, ideally within an office estate/commercial properties.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of leading service contract tenders.
  • Understand and manage SLAs effectively.
