Job Title: Category Executive
Location: Stevenage-based with hybrid working (3/2 office split)
Salary: £28,000-£32,000 depending on experience
Henderson Brown is supporting our client in the recruitment of a Category Executive. In this newly created position, the Category Executive will be pivotal in driving category growth through strategic insights and collaboration with various teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborating closely with the Category Manager, New Product Development (NPD), and Commercial teams.
- Providing regular market performance updates and insights.
- Monitoring market trends and innovations, reporting relevant findings to internal teams and external customers.
- Conducting reviews and reports based on business and customer requirements.
- Performing seasonal performance reviews, including range reviews and peak events.
- Supporting the Commercial team as needed.
Experience, Knowledge & Qualifications:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail in analysis and reporting.
- Ability to develop and maintain stakeholder relationships.
- Motivated and energetic with strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Highly numerate with excellent communication abilities.
- Proficient in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, with the ability to quickly grasp databases.
