Telemarketing Business Development Executive (temp to perm)

Salary: £14.42per hour

Hours: 07:30 - 16:30

Key Responsibilities

  • Make daily outbound calls using provided data.
  • Work closely with the Sales Manager and Sales team to generate industry-specific leads.
  • Convert calls into qualified appointments.
  • Turn calls into new business leads.
  • Maintain professionalism in line with the brand when dealing with clients.
  • Ensure prompt, polite, and professional service at all times.
  • Actively identify new business opportunities.
  • Inform potential clients about products and services.
  • Develop strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
  • Use company databases to find potential leads.
  • Make 60 relevant calls per day.
  • Schedule 10 qualified appointments per week.

Skills and Experience

  • Excellent communication skills and telephone manner.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure.
  • Good verbal and written skills.
  • Positive approach to handling objections.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and social networking (LinkedIn).
