About the Team:

Join a small team ensuring that new or changed services are designed and supportable at Go-Live, representing EXTERNAL Clients, Service Management, and Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Service Design: Support design of new/changed services for external clients, including processes, systems, roles, resources, and suppliers.
  • Transition Planning: Develop and maintain Service Transition Plans, ensuring all criteria are met.
  • Governance & Readiness: Implement robust governance, ensure operational readiness, and manage risks.
  • Stakeholder Management: Work closely with Project Managers, Operations Managers, and Clients for seamless transitions.
  • Continuous Improvement: Review and update the Service Transition methodology.

What You Bring:

  • Experience in IT change implementation and service transition within a global business.
  • Strong project management skills, ideally with Prince 2/Agile methodologies.
  • ITIL/Project Management certification.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage diverse stakeholders and third-party delivery.
  • Experience in transition management, infrastructure, and application service planning.
