Remuneration: £30,000 - £34,000neg + performance related bonuses, OTE £38,000 - £42,000

The role of the Lead Generator - Blinds / Facilities Management will involve:
- Office based Lead Generation position selling a range of commercial blind services including: maintenance, breakdown repair, cleaning & various other aftercare services for blinds and solar shading
- Typically selling into facilities managers in a range of sectors including residential, hospitality, commercial office blocks & educational premises
- The main function of the role will be calling through a database of over 20,000 clients
- Prospecting sales opportunities and qualifying relevant leads
- Booking appointments for your account handler & surveyor teams
- Route plan for the field based teams appointments
- Targeted with 70 dials per day to clients
- Inputting all information accurately into CRM systems
- Scope to move into a more field based position after 6 months
The ideal applicant will be Lead Generator - Blinds / Facilities Management with:
- Must have a proven track record in outbound B2B telesales, ideally 5+ years
- Must have experience in a lead generation, appointment setter, sales development role
- Ideally will have experience selling window blinds, would also consider fit-out products such as: contract furniture, facilities, premises, health & safety, fire support, office maintenance, cleaning, office services, contract market, curtains, interior products
- Must be highly personable and bubbly with an exceptional telephone manner
- Friendly team player with drive and enthusiasm
- IT Literate (Office, CRM Systems)
