Key responsibilities:

  • Process financial documents, including sales and purchase invoices.
  • Enter and accurately code financial transactions and key data.
  • Manage bank transactions, such as processing payments, receipts, and credit card transactions.
  • Monitor imports, liaising with suppliers and forwarders when necessary.
  • Maintain effective communication with both customers and suppliers.

Skills and qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a similar finance role.
  • Familiarity with Sage50 Accounts or a similar software platform.
  • Knowledge of import and export procedures.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office packages.
  • Excellent organisational and administrative abilities.
  • Keen attention to detail and the ability to prioritise workloads.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in data entry, with a focus on accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
