We are seeking a Cleaner with proven experience to deliver a quality cleaning service to Raven's void properties.

What you'll achieve in the role:
Key responsibilities include:
- To deliver a quality cleaning service whilst undertaking all cleaning duties, such as sweeping, hoovering, dusting, and more.
- To operate cleaning equipment and using cleaning materials in line with Health and Safety requirements.
- To follow up on areas of dissatisfaction, whilst providing a response to residents and staff and taking actions to prevent re-occurrences.
- To use the handheld IT device to record work completed, from receiving jobs through to completion.
What you'll bring to Raven:
For this role, we are looking for someone with the following:
- Experience of working in a cleaning roles with a good understanding of health and safety.
- The ability to maintain consistency in standards and to provide the highest possible standard of service.
- The ability to use modern communication technology and IT devices.
- A full, clean driving licence.
You will also share our values: earning trust by being open and accountable, listening with an open mind, working collaboratively, and caring about making things better.
DBS clearance will be required for this role.
