Sitting within Procurement and reporting to the Supply Chain Analyst, the Stores Administrator (9-month FTC) will be the backbone of our supply chain, managing everything from item requisitions and purchase orders to stock monitoring and supplier coordination. Based in the Redhill Stores Office your role is crucial in maintaining our high standards of Service, Integrity, Collaboration, Commitment, Compassion, and Innovation.

  • Efficient Ordering: Manage good receipts, item requisitions, and order materials, ensuring timely delivery by liaising with suppliers.
  • Seamless Coordination: Share vital information with stores-in-charge and Supply Chain Analyst, highlighting any issues promptly to maintain excellent customer service.
  • Stock Management: Keep track of stock levels, update systems, and run stock reports to optimize inventory.
  • Supplier Relations: Regularly follow up with suppliers, handle discrepancies, and maintain up-to-date vendor contacts.
  • Administrative Support: Assist the stores team with various administrative tasks, ensuring smooth daily operations.

We're looking for candidates who are

  • An Experienced Professional: experience in supply chain, purchase order management, and vendor management.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and email communication. Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or Navision would be a plus.
  • Organized and Independent: Highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently with excellent communication skills.
  • Qualified: GCSE Grade 4 in Maths and English (A-levels or equivalent are a plus). A Counterbalance Forklift License is desirable but not essential.
