Description
An Interim HR Advisor to:
- Manage the employee life-cycle processes including probation, contract extensions and exit procedures.
- Provide first-line HR advice to managers and employees on policy and procedural issues.
- Provide advice and guidance on HR policies and procedures
- Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
- Assist with recruitment, screening, interviews, and the hiring processes
- Manage the employee relations cases such as disciplinary and grievance issues
- Maintain accurate and up to date employee records according to policy and legal requirements
Profile
An Interim HR Advisor with:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Education experience preferred
- Able to start immediately
Job Offer
London Based
Immediate Start
£40,000 - £45,000 per annum
