Student Recruitment Officer

We are seeking a dedicated Student Recruitment Officer to join a prestigious education group. With over 20 years of experience in the field, they pride themselves on delivering high-quality education and promoting cultural exchange experiences. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education, a commitment to diversity, and a proven track record in international student recruitment.
Day to Day of the role:
- Uphold the high-quality standards, ethics, and recognition of diversity of the education group.
- Recruit students from various countries, ensuring they meet the background requirements, including English proficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to execute an efficient, workable, and profitable marketing and recruitment plan.
- Liaise with staff to ensure educational provisions in the UK meet required standards.
- Travel to make contacts, sign agreements, and nurture relationships with agents and educational institutions.
- Attend recruitment fairs and exhibitions as directed.
- Provide comprehensive information about the company to agents and potential students.
- Maintain records and provide reports on interactions, ensuring a strong conversion rate from interest to enrolment.
- Offer orientation to students to assist with their educational planning.
- Provide feedback to streamline company services and promote programmes.
- Perform additional duties as necessary for the success of the Student Recruitment Officer role.
